Wisani has over two decades of experience in Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ), specialising in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2008), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), Safety Management Systems (OHSAS 18001:2007), risk assessments, safety operating procedures, auditing, legal compliance audits, and gap analysis audits. She holds several professional certifications, including SAMTRAC, Total Quality Management (TQM), OHSAS 18001 Implementation, OHSAS 18001 Lead Auditor, and the NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety
Her professional experience includes roles at Distell as a Lab Analyst, Protea Coin as a National SHE Coordinator, ZF Friedrichshafen as a Senior SHEQ Specialist, and Zest WEG Group as a SHEQ Manager. ZF Friedrichshafen as a Senior SHEQ Specialist and Zest WEG Group as a SHEQ Manager.
